Making a purchase

With The Pewter Lady you can order any gift on-line in complete confidence. The Shopping Basket allows you to check and modify your order before you arrange payment and delivery. You can view your order at any time by clicking on the 'Basket' link located at the top on every page. When you are satisfied with the contents of your basket you can click on ‘Checkout’ at which point you can finalise your order. Your personal details including your credit card number are kept private, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption; your details are 100% secure.

Gift delivery service

All items are sent out in the original Carrol Boyes cardboard box and we'll happily attach a message for you and pack your item in a gift bag. Please enter your message in the 'message' field upon checkout.

Availability

We do our best to have all products available throughout the year. However, from time to time this may not be possible. We will let you know if the product of your choice is not available.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specification are correct. However, while colour production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear. Pewterlady reserves the right to alter the prices without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

Pewterlady treats with the utmost care and respect the personal information passed to us and recognises the importance of protecting your privacy. The data entered on your Order form may be stored and used for individual customer care, and to process orders, and from time to time we may contact you with information that may be of use regarding product, promotions and special offers. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such mailings from us by emailing us at care@pewterlady.co.uk. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

The contract between us will be governed by the laws of

and any dispute between us will be resolved by the English courts.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund at your option. Please return your purchase within 14 working days of delivery in its original condition.
